Raymond Lam playing with water in Hong Kong Coliseum
Raymond Lam will be opening his first concert next month on June 17th and 18th at the Hong Kong Coliseum. The concert uses “water” as the theme, the stage has rain effects and Raymond will also perform soaking wet. Raymond pulled out his ‘friendship card’ and invited many of his good friends from the entertainment circle as guests, but some may not be able to go. Also his International Fans are planning to form a group and head to Hong Kong together to support him. Raymond said that this time he’s only opening two shows, asked if he’s worried that there won’t be enough songs, he said: “I have new songs, the majority of the songs I’m going to sing are my own songs, in addition to other people’s songs. I hope that audience will be able to see another side of me, so besides love songs, it will be a dynamic performance.”

Raymond is a great importance to EEG, his concert promotions are equivalent to the first line artistes, with big billboards and even rent Hong Kong Coliseum at a high expense. There has been rumors that Wong Cho Lam will be a guest, Reporters called TVB executive Virigina Lok to clarify, she expressed that it’s not finalized yet, but Linda Chung will be a guest.

Raymond’s debut concert will be held on 17th and 18th at the HK Coliseum. This would definitely mark a milestone for his music carreer. The organizers indicated that cost and profit from the ticket sales proceeds is their least priority. Consequently, substantial investment has been expended on advertisement and promotional activities through the media, newspapers, magazines and TV Radio station as an avenue to help promote Raymond’s debut concert. The Organizer has also arranged for the well-known image consultant Thomas Chan to design his constume and personal style. It was also reported that the style and image will revolve around his natural Gong-zi (Princely) look and at the same time to bring out the sex appeal in Raymond.

Besides, Raymond also had the privilege of having the famous songwriter and lyricist, Wyman Wong, to work on the theme song “Let’s Get Wet”.

Large Fanbase
Ever since the news about Raymond’s debut concert, the respective organizers have received many enquiries from not only his local fans, but also fans from overseas, all in support of Raymond’s concert. Although it has just been a short span of time in the that Raymond spends in the music industry, the fact that he has acted in many famous series, he has gained many supporters from all around and within the region.

Concert Poster Photoshoot
On the day of the photoshoot for his concert poster, having to risk the flu outbreak, the photographer required Raymond be under the rain shower and the whole session lasted for almost 12 hours, At the end of it, he was all drenched, Raymond risked the flu outbreak but did not complain.

Ron Ng, Michael Miu and Raymond Lam talks about rumors on “Club Sparkle”
Ron Ng, Michael Miu and Raymond Lam’s episode of “Club Sparkle” aired last night. In the show, they chatted about the three’s rumors. Ella Koon revealed that she once was invited by a male artist to the beach, and exposed that the male artist once took other girls out to the beach before. The hosts Sandra Ng and Chin Ka Lok asked Ron is he the male artist? Ron denied and said that he would bring girls to high class restaurants and rarely to the beach.

Michael Miu was asked by Sandra about his female co-stars that he collaborated with, Michael expressed: “I had little sparks with Anita Mui, it was before ‘Fragrant River Flower Moon Light (崄峕壴寧栭). The person who I had most sparks with is wife Jamie Chik, (How about Anita Yuen?) After I collaborate with anyone, of course there will be feelings, but I will completely be out of it after.”

Raymond Lam was once said to have done plastic surgery, he laughed and said that all along he did not know if he was single eyelid or double eyelid. But he’s not sure if its because in recent years he had been filming too many anicent series that his eyes were stretched out too much, or put eyeliner on his eyes too much, but he felt that his own eye skin had become more firm and better.
