I would just like to bring up some points for a further discussion.

飲醉does mean drunk, but I intended to translate the Chinese word
暢快, so I used “immerse”. Anyway, immerse oneself in wine does sound odd.
夢裡我是瘋子不是誰
(In my dreams, I am a lunatic and a nobody)
I purposely didn’t translate 不是誰, as it’s just a repetition, or an emphasis of 我是瘋子. As you know, in English “I’m nobody” is an idiom meaning I’m an ordinary person, nameless and obscure, as opposed to “I’m somebody”.

I faltered (meaning hesitated) before I even reached out my hand to touch you.
(Before extending my hand to you, I already withdrew)
Yours is more concise. I admit I may have been affected by the original translation. I like yours at the first sight, but now I’ve thought of another. “I withdrew instead of extending my hand to you”, so it makes more sense in reality.

再means another, but一再 is one complete word meaning persistent, (yes, “persistent” should be a better choice)

I like your version except that the Chinese word 承受 implies more than the word “receive” may mean, so I would want to use “suffer”. It becomes “When, no matter what I suffer, I can still sleep?”
